Jewelry Care
SAYRUE | Jewelry Care
SAYRUE pieces are composed of metal structures and fine embroidery. Please treat them as works of art. Daily wear, cleaning, and storage all affect their luster, shape, and embroidered details.
Wearing
-
Put on your jewelry last, after applying makeup, perfume, skincare, and sunscreen. Take it off first when you return home.
-
Avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, lotions, hairspray, alcohol, solvents, and household chemicals.
-
Remove before exercise, bathing, swimming, saunas, household chores, and sleep.
-
Avoid friction against rough surfaces, sharp objects, zippers, and knitwear to prevent snagging the embroidery or scratching the metal.
Daily Cleaning
-
After wearing, gently wipe the metal parts with a clean, soft, dry cloth.
-
For the embroidered area, use a clean soft brush (such as a makeup brush) to lightly sweep away dust. Do not rub back and forth or pull the threads.
-
Do not soak, wash, machine wash, bleach, wring, iron, or use an ultrasonic cleaner.
-
Do not use toothpaste, baking soda, silver dip, alcohol, solvents, or abrasive cloths.
-
Antiqued finishes are intentionally nuanced; avoid aggressive polishing or overuse of polishing cloths that may alter the intended surface character.
-
If the embroidery has stubborn stains, loose threads, or deformation, do not handle it yourself. We recommend consulting a professional care service.
Storage
-
When not worn, store each SAYRUE piece separately in a dry, cool, and dark place.
-
Use a soft pouch or a compartmentalized jewelry box to avoid friction, tangling, and pressure.
-
Avoid pressing or folding the embroidered area; keep its original shape.
-
In humid regions, a desiccant may be used, but do not let it touch the jewelry directly.
-
Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Regular Checks
-
Periodically check metal connections, ear pins, clasps, and embroidery edges.
-
If you notice looseness, loose threads, deformation, or snagging, stop wearing the piece and send it for professional repair.
-
Do not pull or cut embroidery threads yourself.
Travel
-
Carry each piece in a separate soft pouch or hard case to avoid pressure, friction, and snagging.
