SAYRUE orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Shenzhen, China.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Made-to-order, personalized, preorder, or high-volume orders may require additional time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to 21 countries: the United States, Austria, Germany, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Brazil.

United States shipping is limited to the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to U.S. territories, including American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Puerto Rico (PR), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), or to military address regions Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).

We also do not ship to the Federated States of Micronesia (FM), the Marshall Islands (MH), or Palau (PW). These are separate countries and are not included in our 21 shipping destinations. Delivery remains subject to address eligibility at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: USD $12.
Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of USD $200 or more.
Express Shipping: USD $20.
Free Express Shipping on qualifying orders of USD $300 or more.

United States Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: estimated transit time 7–15 business days. Express Shipping: estimated transit time 5–8 business days.

International Shipping

International delivery is available to the countries shown at checkout. Available services, charges, and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout. Processing time is additional to transit time.

Import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees, and brokerage charges may apply. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be emailed after dispatch when available. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier events, weather, holidays, address problems, and failed delivery attempts can cause delays.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned after protective packaging has been opened unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Email admin@sayrue.com before sending any return. Include your order number and, where relevant, clear photographs. Do not send products back without authorization; approved return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after review.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related customs charges. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can provide an appropriate solution.
